
Global Food Expo 2025: Premiere Edition of the International Food and Food Industry Trade Fair
Ready-to-eat food products, HoReCa food, meat and cold cuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery and confectionery products, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and dairy products - these were the main areas defining the industry scope of the premiere edition of Global Food Expo, an international trade fair dedicated to food technology, production, and distribution. The event took place on November 25-27, 2025 at Ptak Warsaw Expo and gathered10 679 professionals from21 countries, integrating the food, gastronomy, and retail sectors from Poland and abroad.

Global Food Expo 2025 brought together the food production sector, food technologies, and food distribution in Poland and worldwide. Participants were able to grow their businesses thanks to:
- establish cooperation with food producers, suppliers of raw materials, and technology providers for the food industry,
- expand their network of contacts to include importers, exporters, distributors, and representatives of sales platforms,
- discover innovative solutions for food processing, logistics, storage, and certification,
- promote their products and services among professionals from the food sector as well as representatives of retail and HoReCa.

Summary of the main conferences of Global Food Expo 2025
Global Food Forum became a meeting place for experts, producers, and enthusiasts of the food industry, presenting key directions for the development of the food market and innovations defining contemporary nutritional trends. As part of the event, conferences and special zones were held: "Polish Organic Food Forum" organized by the Polska Izba Żywności Ekologicznej."Global Beverage Products and Consumption Trends: Innovations in Trade, Distribution and Production" and ""Global Food Products and Trends: Presentation of Innovations in Food Production and Distribution." prepared by the Krajowa Rada Gastronomii i Cateringu. "Flavors of the Forest - demonstrations and tastings" organized by Dobre z Lasu; "Consultation and Culinary Demonstration Zone" run by the Polish Chamber of Organic Food; and "Days of Culinary Inspiration with Dawtona" prepared by Dawtona. The event program included expert presentations, tastings, culinary shows, and consultations, creating a space for knowledge exchange and inspiration, as well as a coherent presentation of the condition and development directions of the modern food sector.
