HOW DO SOCIAL ATTITUDES HELP BETTER UNDERSTAND ORGANIC FOOD CONSUMERS?
Market research provides valuable insights into what consumers buy and the attitudes they declare toward environmental issues, but it does not always explain the motivations behind their decisions. The presentation will showcase the results of analyses combining the segmentation developed as part of the EKOBarometer project with an independent population model based on a representative survey of 5,000 people. The speaker will demonstrate how an in-depth interpretation of social attitudes can support communication strategies, product development, and relationship-building with customers in the organic food market.

ELIMINATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS (PPPS), AN IMPORTANT ISSUE IN ORGANIC PRODUCTION THAT REMAINS UNRESOLVED
Intensive agricultural production is characterized by the increasing use of plant protection products. Modern equipment, particularly that used in fruit cultivation, is highly effective at spraying, but it also poses a significant risk of contamination to organic crops, especially in regions with a high concentration of agricultural production, such as the Grójec and Sandomierz areas.
